Stop The Presses! CHICAGO is coming to MST!

Marin Summer Theater is thrilled to annouce a change to its 2010 season!  MST will be be presenting CHICAGO instead of Gypsy on July 9, 10, and 11, as previously announced.

According to Artistic Director Patrick Nims, MST was contacted by Samuel French (the licensing agent for CHICAGO) in late January 2010 with news that an application submitted in mid-2009 had been approved.  "We had applied for the rights to present CHICAGO three times over the past year and a half and had given up hope." said Nims.  "I love Gypsy, and still think it is one of the greatest musicals written, but we couldn't pass up the opportunity to mount CHICAGO".

Marin Summer Theater (MST) is an evening program for students of performing arts between the ages of 13 and 23 and includes actors, singers, dancers, musicians, directors, designers, technicians, and crew.  Applications for the MST 2010 Season are now available.
