  • Have a great summer!  We're also taking a break

After nine years, twenty-nine productions, and fifty-five awards, Marin Summer Theater is giving the creative team the summer off, so there will be no MST productions in 2018.  We look forward to making insanely great theatre with you, and for you in the future!

Gena - I Dream A Dream

"This picture was taken during a rehearsal for MST’s 2012 summer production of Spring Awakening. I first saw Spring Awakening when the touring cast came to San Francisco several years ago. After seeing it another four times and crying during each run, I knew that my true dream was to be a part of this show. To me it proved the great power of youth, passion, theater, and music, and I hoped one day to be able to impart this show’s message to others. Spring Awakening is certainly not an easy show to do nor is it universally accepted. MST, however, made this dream come true for me and so many others along with it. It is a company that is fearless and bold with its choices, always challenging us to do better while at the same time being incredibly accepting and so much fun! I am so honored to have been a part of MST the past two summers and cannot wait for this coming season! " - Gena (Fontine / LES MISERABLES)

Marin Summer Theater (MST) is an award winning non-profit theater company for students of performing arts between the ages of 13 and 23. The MST company prepares and presents three fully-staged productions in a six-week summer season.
