Join Marin Summer Theater for the second year of Musical Theater Madness! Musical Theater Madness is a workshop just for kids between 9 and 14 years of age!

MUSICAL THEATER MADNESS is three weeks of high-energy dancing, singing and acting, culminating in four performances as cast members of the MST production of DEFYING GRAVITY - THE BEST OF STEPHEN SCHWARTZ.  Taught by MST staff members Kate Kenyon (choreographer ANYTHING GOES, LEGALLY BLONDE, GYSPY) and Amanda Morando (Momentum Vocal Ensemble) this four week workshop will also feature special guests from the MST 2015 company.

Registration will be limited to the first 40 students!

A typical day at MUSICAL THEATER MADNESS will include dance training in tap, jazz or other Broadway dance style, group and solo singing lessons and acting exercises. MUSICAL THEATER MADNESS is the place to be for kids that are crazy about performing or just love to sing and dance. 

MUSICAL THEATER MADNESS runs from June 22 to July 9, 12:30 to 4:30, Mondays through Fridays at Rhythms Dance Center in Novato.  Workshop Students will appear in solo and group numbers in DEFYING GRAVITY at 8pm on July 9, 10 and 11 and at 2pm on July 12.  

The workshop fee is $400. Enrollment is open to a maximum of 40 students on a first-come, first-served basis.
